Releasing tension with IET
"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest accomplishment or the smallest act of caring, All of which have the potential to turn a life around." 🐎
Caring for a horse and their physical and emotional needs is not just an act of kindness, it is also our duty. When a horse becomes domesticated/rescued/sold/seized, a lot of things (can) happen: being separated from other horses, being moved to a different location, learning how to deal with humans and lots of other new things. I've witnessed a lot of horses arriving at some place, coming out of the trailer looking like zombies. Horses that seem fine to some people, but are actually mentally shut down. A typical outcome of a horse that has been under a lot of pressure with no way to (positively) release it or get away from it. With some horses, time will eventually heal most of their wounds. All they need is lots of time to figure out that they are safe and loved and taken care for. That there are no more threats.
Others might have more problems to just settle down and feel like a horse again. This can be due to extreme emotional trauma, lack of interaction with any human or simply the nature of the horse itself. Horses have the ability to turn a lot of negative energy inward, where they store stress in their connective tissue. Over time, the horse's tissue/fascia will become more tense. Physical ailments like increased neck tension or stiffness/resistance to movement are just waiting to happen.
Integrated Energy Therapy gives me the tools to help restore the energy flow in the horse's cells and support normal functioning of nerves, muscles, lymphatic cells and organs of that area. A non-invasive way to help relieve stress and blockages and to restore the right energy🙏🏽

Horses can feel extremely tired after their first energy healing, it's completely normal to find them sleeping for a while to recharge and maybe catch up on some good REM sleep - feeling safe naturally leads to a healthy sleep cycle, which also benefits the horse's emotional and physical state.
